How do I book tickets? Tickets can be bought via our "Buy Tickets" link. Your tickets will be booked through our ticket booking agent, See Tickets.
Will I receive a physical ticket(s)? If you book via our "Buy Tickets" link you will receive an online booking confirmation email from our ticket booking agent, See Tickets.
Will there be parking? There is free onsite parking available at Chicheley Hall. There will be car park attendants on hand to help you locate a parking spot on arrival.
Will I be allocated seating? Ticket holders with standard tickets will not be allocated seating and are advised to bring their own seating to make themselves comfy. Ticket holders with superior tickets will be given deckchair seating. There will be enough deckchair seating for all superior ticket holders, but deckchairs are not pre-allocated and will be first come first served. VIP sofa and armchair ticket holders will be given a sofa or armchair seat with blankets. There will be enough sofa seats for all VIP ticket holders, but sofas are not pre-allocated and will be first come first served. We encourage guests to bring blankets and cushions to make themselves extra comfy.
Will you be serving food and drink? A fully stocked bar and street food vendors will be set up on the field where the cinema screening will take place. Guests are unable to bring their own food and drink into the event. The bar will be operating Challenge 25 so please remember to bring photographic identification to buy alcohol if you look or are under 25.
Can I pay by card? There will be a card only system at this event. Attendees will be unable to pay for food and drink with cash.
When will the film start? Doors to the event will open at 19:30. Guests will be seated for the film at 21:30. Any guests arriving after 21:30 will not be permitted into the event so please join us early to avoid disappointment.
Is the event indoors? No, the screening is taking place outside in the grounds of Chicheley Hall. Please dress up warm, bring blankets and snuggle down in a quirky location. Please also wear sensible shoes.
Will the event be cancelled if it rains? This is an all-weather event and will go ahead come rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast in advance of the event and come prepared for the Great British outdoors. Events will only be cancelled where weather conditions present a danger to attendees and staff. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a screening, we will try to notify attendees as soon as possible. Attendees will either be able to transfer their tickets to a future event or get a face value refund on their ticket purchase. A face value refund is a refund of the ticket price minus the ticket booking fee.
Is there a minimum age for this event? Bohemian Rhapsody is classified 12A. There is a minimum age of 12 for this event. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring a dog/pet with me? We absolutely love dogs but unfortunately, we are unable to accept dogs or any other animals at the event.
What should I wear? We advise that you dress warmly and bring waterproofs and suitable shoes (especially if the weather is not looking great).
What should I bring? Bring your electronic ticket with you, either printed or on your phone. Please also dress appropriately (see "what should I wear?" above).
Can I smoke at the venue? Guests must make their way to the designated smoking areas at Chicheley Hall in order to smoke.
What if I am a wheelchair user? The event is accessible for wheelchair users, however please bear in mind that the cinema screening is taking place on a field. Please let us know your access needs in advance of the event (by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can make the event as great as possible for you.
I have a carer, can my carer attend the event with me? Yes, please email us at email@example.com if you need your carer to attend the event with you. We will arrange for your carer to have a free ticket to the event.
Will you refund my ticket purchase? We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. We are happy for you to transfer your ticket to someone else but you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you used to make your booking to do so. This will enable us to update our guest lists.
Will there be toilet facilities? Yes, there will be toilet facilities at the event.
Can I talk during the screening? We politely ask attendees not to talk during the screening and not to disturb other guests. We reserve the right to remove guests from the screening area who continually disturb others.
