Will I receive a physical ticket(s)? Tickets are dispatched as e-tickets. Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a booking confirmation email from our ticket booking agent, See Tickets.
Will there be parking? There is no parking available and we recommend you travel by public transport
Will I be allocated seating? There will be enough seating for everyone but seating will not be allocated before the event. Therefore, we advise arriving early to reserve your seating. If you are a wheelchair user please let us know in advance by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I reserve seats? You may wish to bring something with you to reserve your seats before the screening starts, like blankets. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings going missing during the event. Will you be serving food & drink? Yes, there will be food to purchase during these events. Moseley Road does not have an alcohol licence but we will be running a delicious non-alcoholic bar, serving soft drinks, mocktails, hot drinks and cinema snacks throughout each screening event.
Can I bring my own reusable bottle? Yes, please just ensure it is empty when you arrive at the event. There is free tap water available.
When will the film start? Please see individual events for specific event timings.
Is the event indoors? Yes, both venues are indoors.
Is there a minimum age for this event? Please see individual events for specific age restrictions.
What should I bring with me? Bring your booking confirmation email with you, either on a phone or printed.
Can I smoke at the venue? No, smoking is prohibited during the event. You will need to leave the venue in order to smoke.
I have a carer, can my carer attend the event with me? Yes, please email us at email@example.com we will arrange for your carer to have a free seat at the event. You will need to show valid identification (Blue Badge, DID, or equivalent) in order to receive your free carers ticket.
Can I bring a dog/pet to the event? We love dogs but unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets into the event.
Will you refund my ticket purchase? We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. We are happy for you to transfer your ticket to someone else at face value.
Will there be toilet facilities? Yes, there will be toilet facilities at the event.
Can I talk during the screening? We politely ask attendees not to talk during the screening and not to disturb other guests. We reserve the right to remove guests from the screening room who continually disturb others.
