How do I book tickets? Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 15th January at 9am. 

Will I receive a physical ticket(s)? You will receive an online booking confirmation email from our ticket booking agent, See Tickets, with your tickets enclosed.

Will there be parking? A small amount of free parking will be available at Victoria Baths. We recommend using local transport and taxis where possible. 

Will I be allocated seating? There will be enough seating for everyone, but seating will not be pre-allocated. Those buying pool tickets will be seated on deckchairs in and around the pool. Those buying balcony tickets will be seated on wooden seating on the balcony level, above the pool. Please note that access into the pool and the balcony level is via stairs.

How do I reserve seats? You may wish to bring something with you to reserve your seats before the screening starts, such as blankets. Please keep in mind that leaving items unattended will be done so at your own risk.

Can I swim at Victoria Baths? The pools at Victoria Baths are not filled with water so no need to bring swimming costumes!

Will you be serving food and drink? Guests are unable to bring their own food and drink into the event. There will be street food vendors serving food before the screening. There will also be a bar serving hot drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the evening. We will be operating Challenge 25 so please remember to bring photographic identification to buy alcohol if you look or are under 25.

Can I bring my own reusable bottle? Yes, please just ensure that it is empty when you arrive at the event. There will be free tap water available from the bar.

Can I pay by card? Food vendors take cash or card, but the bar will be card only. Please bring cash with you as there is not a cash machine on site.

When will the film start? Doors to the event will open at 18:30. Guests will be seated for the film at 20:30. Any guests arriving after 20:30 may not be permitted into the event so please join us early to avoid disappointment. 

Is the event indoors? Yes, the event will take place inside Victoria Baths.

Is there a minimum age for this event? This film is classified 18. You must be 18 or over to attend this event.

What if I book a student, senior or child ticket? If you are a student, you will need to show valid photographic student identification on arrival. If you are a senior, you will need to show valid photographic ID on arrival (passport, driving licence, older person's bus pass). We reserve the right to ID any children who look under 15.  

What should I wear? We advise that you dress warmly and wear sensible shoes. You may also wish to bring blankets to make you extra cosy during the screening.

What should I bring? Bring your e-tickets with you, either on a phone or printed. If you have booked a student or senior ticket, you should also bring suitable identification with you. Please also dress appropriately (see "what should I wear?" above).

Can I smoke at the venue? No, smoking is prohibited during the event. You will need to leave the venue in order to smoke.

What if I am a wheelchair user? This event is accessible for wheelchair users. Wheelchair users will be seated around the side of the pool. Please let us know your access need in advance of the event by emailing us at info@thevillagegreenevents.co, so that we can prepare seating arrangements for you.

I have a carer, can my carer attend the event with me? Yes, please email us at info@thevillagegreenevents.co and we will arrange for your carer to have a free seat at the event. You will need to show valid identification (Blue Badge, DID, or equivalent) in order to receive your free carers ticket.

Can I bring a dog/pet to the event? We love dogs but unfortunately, we are unable to allow dogs or any other animals into the event. 

Will you refund my ticket purchase? We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. We are happy for you to transfer your ticket to someone else at face value. 

Will there be toilet facilities? Yes, there will be toilet facilities at the event.

What is the cinema sound like at Victoria Baths? We work with some of the UK's best sound and visual technicians to create fantastic cinematic experiences in quirky locations. However, Victoria Baths is a gigantic, tiled swimming pool and therefore there can sometimes be sound reverberation during our screenings.

Can I talk during the screening? We politely ask attendees not to talk during the screening and not to disturb other guests. We reserve the right to remove guests from the screening room who continually disturb others.
