On Saturday 16th June, The Village Screen pop-up cinema will be transforming one the UK’s best show caves - The Peak Cavern - into a unique cinema experience. They will be showing 90’s classic - Hook.
Alongside the screening, The Village Screen will be turning an area of the car park at the Peak Cavern into a street food haven, with live music and a bar. They will be joined by some of the North’s best street food traders, including The Blue Caribou, Little Red Truck, Dim Sum Su and Livvy’s Ice Cream. Audiences will be able to eat, drink and enjoy the entertainment before taking their cinema seats inside one of the UK’s most awe-inspiring caves. There will also be a fully stocked bar inside the cave keeping people replenished throughout the screening.
Timings: Doors to the event will open at 18.30, with the film starting just after 20.30.

Ticket prices: Adult tickets (16+) are priced at £15.00. Child (12+), student and senior (60+) tickets are priced at £13.00. Online booking fees apply.
Film classification: This film is classified U. However, we recommend a minimum age of 12 for this event to ensure that any children attending get a great view of the screen. Anyone attending who is under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The food vendors and entertainment for this event will be located in the Peak Cavern car park, situated just off Buxton Road. There is an approx. 200 metre walk from the car park area up to the cave entrance for the cinema screening.
