We’ve been planning and delivering weddings for nearly ten years and we love getting to know our clients, some of whom have become lifelong friends. We offer several options for our wedding clients.
Full Wedding Planning Service
We will work alongside you to plan everything from scratch, while reflecting all the right elements of you! This will include putting together a creative proposal, sourcing your ideal wedding venue or marquee site, putting the best supplier team together, setting everything up, managing your wedding on the day and taking everything down for you. The ultimate service for those who are incredibly busy, live overseas or just want a trusted wedding planner who will have their best interests at heart.
Partial Planning Service
This is the perfect service for those couples who have already sourced their venue and have a few suppliers lined up in the mix. We will work alongside you to fill in any gaps, anticipate any issues and be available for as much or as little support as you need.
Set up and on-the-day wedding coordination
We understand that many couples want to plan their own wedding and just need some support in the final weeks and on their wedding day itself. We will meet with you one month before your wedding to go through all of your plans, suppliers and details, which will allow us to spot anything else you might need, put together a detailed wedding schedule for you and get in touch with all of your suppliers. On the day of your wedding, we will be there early to finish any last minute tasks, greet your suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly so you can just relax and enjoy the day. This service is perfect for couples using a blank canvas wedding space or marquee, where a wedding coordinator isn’t included.
Wedding Hire Service
Over the years we have acquired a wonderful treasure trove of hire items that are perfect for our wedding clients from furniture, to lighting, mirror balls, illuminated lanterns, PA systems, silent disco headphones, staging, candle holders, photo backdrops and more. If we don’t have something, we can find it for you.
